IEEE PES GTD Asia 2019 Student Funding Support Scheme

GTD Asia 2019 is pleased to announce funding support for eligible and well-deserving Masters and PhD students who wish to attend the conference.

Conditions for Application & Required Information
  • a. Applicants MUST be a Full Time student (M.Sc, Ph.D student) at the date of the conference
  • b. Applicants MUST be an IEEE PES student member from the Asia Pacific Region (R10)
  • c. Applicants MUST have an accepted paper
  • d. Applicants MUST be a paper presenter
  • e. Applications will be reviewed and be notified by email by 30 Dec 2018

a) Travel Support Program

To provide funding support for students attending IEEE PES GTD Asia 2019 in Bangkok. Each award entitles the recipient to airfare support on a reimbursement basis. Successful applicants will be required to submit the original receipts of travel itinerary to the conference organizers for reimbursement.

Maximum amount claimable is based on the table below for airfare on Economy/Budget travel
